Approach
- Redesigned the brochure series using clean, magazine-inspired layouts that emphasized storytelling and project photography.
- Developed a custom icon system to organize project information and improve readability.
- Built a flexible design system that could be reused across future marketing materials and proposals.
Outcome
Created a timeless marketing system that elevated EDR’s project portfolio while establishing an icon library that was later adopted across additional proposal and marketing materials.
At EskewDumezRipple, I spearheaded the redesign of evergreen brochures showcasing diverse project types for the Live-Work team, specializing in restaurant, multi-family housing, hotel, and office space designs. The objective was to create magazine-inspired, clean layouts that balanced visual appeal with functionality. These timeless designs were crafted to remain relevant and engaging for years, emphasizing the firm’s commitment to innovation and quality.

Project Highlight: Icon System
I developed a custom icon system to provide clear, concise details about the featured projects. This system was designed to visually categorize and highlight key aspects of each project, enhancing the overall layout and making the content more accessible. The icon system proved so effective that it was adopted across proposals and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency and improving the clarity of visual communication in future projects.
